Yes. A PhoneBase technician travels to your address across the Sydney metro area and completes most repairs on the spot. You choose the time slot when you book.
How much does an iPhone screen repair cost?
Screen replacements start from A$129 depending on the model. You pay a A$50 deposit to book, and the balance once the technician has inspected the device and finished the job.
How long does a repair take?
Most screen and battery repairs take 30–45 minutes and are done while you wait. Water-damage assessments may need to be taken away and returned the next day.
Is my data safe during a repair?
Yes. Repairs don't require wiping your device, and our technicians never access your personal data. We still recommend a backup before any repair, just in case.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Parts and workmanship are covered by a local warranty, and all repairs are backed by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
